		<description>Hi Matt, Just like big DVR manufacturers are often far behind the technology curve, so can big end users. I see it as the manifestation of a similar phenomenon.  When you are really big, it&#039;s hard to change and you have to carefully prove what&#039;s the best options.  These factors tend to make big companies often be years behind the cutting edge where as smaller organizations can simply roll in something new and quickly pull the trigger.  </description>
