Dan Drucker, in his blog, talked about the benefits of SaaS. One of the most powerful ones he describes as aggregation. In short, this is the idea that all SaaS customers benefit from the development that is driven by all customer requests. This is incredibly important. At Enyvsion, one customer requested a new way to view point-of-sale receipt data. In a few weeks, we built that feature and rolled it into production. Now, everyone with POS integration gets to benefit from that feature!
